Christmas Outreach
During the Christmas season we have emphasized reaching out to others in the community, both as a family and as a daycare. We baked and packaged cookies and passed them out to the village. (Pictured below) Included with the cookies was a gospel track. This helped focus on the needs of others above ourselves. For some of the staff this was the first time they had ever done something for someone else in the community. Pray for those who received the cookies and tracts, that their hearts would be open to receive Christ.
Christmas Miracles
One staff was especially disappointed because she did not have the funds to buy her son a remote control car for Christmas. The daycare received some extra donations of toys from the states, which happened to contain a remote control car. Amy was able to give this to the staff for her son, and through this she experienced God’s provision
Extra Blessings
Last week a team from a Christian Missionary Alliance church in Montana was at the YWAM base for a house build. They also blessed the Guarderia with a Christmas party!
Finch Family News
In December they celebrated two birthdays! Gianah turned 13 and Elijah turned 11. Also grandparents Tim and Pat DelaRosa returned to Mexico to celebrate the holidays.
Prayers Requests
As a prayer and praise, our vehicles have broken down several times this month, we are thankful that everyone in the vehicle was safe when they broke down, and thankful that the repairs have been completed. But the vehicles have significant age and we appreciate prayers for replacement vehicles.
Quality family time as we celebrate the birth of Christ.
Praises
We are thankful for the time to celebrate, for the testimonies of God’s provision through toys for the kids.
Rejoice the Savior is born!
Wishing you a blessed Christmas season!
